A military source in Sana’a forces strongly condemned the methods of falsification and misinformation practiced by Saudi Arabia through its claim of a Yemeni threat or danger targeting the city of Mecca.Sana’a – Al-Khabar Al-Yemeni:The military source categorically denied any danger or targeting from Yemen against the city of Mecca or any other Islamic holy sites and sanctuaries, reiterating the sanctity of the holy sites for the Yemeni people and its armed forces, according to a military source to Saba news agency.The source affirmed that promoting these rumors and false news is primarily aimed at distortion and soliciting the sympathies of the sons of the Islamic world, indicating that Riyadh is once again resorting to using this misleading discourse as an “old and exposed method” that it previously failed to pass to cover up its “crimes and aggression.”Saudi media had promoted today that Sana’a forces launched ballistic missiles towards Mecca. However, independent international military sources confirmed that the attack targeted military bases in Taif and Jeddah that Saudi Arabia used to bombard Yemen.
