However, risks in the Red Sea are now imposing additional restrictions on tankers heading to Asia.Ship-to-Ship Transfers:The agency indicates that Aramco cut its main selling price for crude oil for its Asian customers for September to its lowest level since 2020. However, final prices for shipments loaded from ports far from Ras Tanura may be higher due to additional transportation and logistics costs.Bloomberg also revealed that Aramco has begun offering Saudi oil shipments on a ship-to-ship transfer basis, fearing the repercussions of Yemeni attacks on ships carrying Saudi oil.
