Popular and targeted resistance activities in the West Bank and Jerusalem escalated over the past 48 hours, with 18 acts of resistance carried out, including stabbings, armed clashes, and confrontations with Israeli occupation forces and settlers.
The Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reported that the resistance activities included one stabbing attack, one armed clash, and damage to a settler’s vehicle, in addition to four incidents of confronting settlers, ten confrontations involving stone-throwing, and one demonstration. One settler sustained moderate injuries.
A stabbing attack near the village of Osarin in the Nablus governorate resulted in injuries to a settler, coinciding with an armed clash in the town of Aqraba and confrontations in Beita and Burqa.
In Jerusalem, incidents of stone-throwing and confrontations with settlers were recorded, while a settler’s vehicle was damaged near the town of Hizma. The clashes extended to the areas of Deir Nizam, Al-Bireh and Kafr Ein in the Ramallah Governorate, in addition to organizing a demonstration in the city, while clashes broke out in Hajja in the Qalqilya Governorate, Tamoun in Tubas, Beit Fajjar in Bethlehem and the Old City of Hebron.
