Our fighting spirit is enduring.” He pointed out that they will turn “the geographies of the seas, including the Red Sea, the Gulf of Aden, the Arabian Sea, and the Bab Al-Mandeb Strait, into a curse upon your heads like thunderbolts.”The Defense Minister of Sana’a emphasized that the world must “respect Yemeni sovereignty and recognize the maritime freedom and the sovereignty of Yemen in its waters and ports.” He added, “We are not advocating war, and we are committed to the safety of international navigation and respect for international conventions, which are not subject to dispute. All ships in the world will be safe and protected except for those designated by the Yemeni armed forces through their official spokesman.”
